Ebay power sellers

Ebay have made my obtaining a refund the most arudous, complex, difficult and comedic process of any oganisation I have had business with. The seller a 'power' seller sent me a coin that wasn't the same as the photo, I asked for a refund on the basis that this wasn't what I bought, the power seller said "no refunds" I opened a case, ebays said you need to wait as this is a super power seller so I have, now a weeks later I still have to chase who seem to have forgotten their own time dead lines which have LONG since passed.

What can I do, I have been sold somehting that is not what was advertised and ebay dont care.
