Ebay postage options no good

I have to return a faulty item but its massive. A 32 inch tv.

The free postage label is for RM48 but I have to take it to the post office!

Even if  I didn`t have sciatica and calcification of the bones it`s still impossible.

Seller is great in that they issued a refund shortly after I started the return but no comms.

What do I do?

I don`t drive either btw lol

Thec point i am making is `why do ebay think i can take a 20 kilo item to a post office and why do they think it is acceptable to offer me a postage label for a 32 inch tv!!! Why isnt there an option to say `this label is no use and offer me a courier service instead` ?

There isnt any problem with the seller whatsoever it`s just thaty ebay just dont get their `automatic solutions` right and dont offer any alternatives? Why cant their clever pc see that its a huge bulky item and that offering a royal mail service is useless. It`s a serious flaw. Ebay is just useless now!

Why cant i reply to replies on this either?

All i can do is edit my own post.
