I have received a wrong item I contacted the seller the asked me to return it .l paid £4.10 for the postage sprice of the item was £14.95 ows me £19.05 I asked for a charger 22.2 volts received25 volts did not worked for me .I have sent 4 emails to the seller but did not the refund yet .

They probably won't if you didn't Return through an EBay Case. Ebay GUARANTEE your Refund 99.9% of the time. If you are within 30 days of Delivery and have the Tracking Number just open the Case in the Resolution Centre and add the Tracking Details. You can ask EBay to Step in after three Business Days.
