Ebay not accept Bank Statement from Payoneer. Hold Payout.

After stop Ebay to have Paypal as partner ask from sellers to give IBAN.

I can not give my personal IBAN for Tax reasons.

I had take IBAN from  Payoneer.

After 1 month than Ι declare IBAN,  Ebay  hold all payout from all my stores because Bank Statement from Payoneer (Citibank) is not  directly from Citibank but through Payoneer.

I have contact and with Payoneer and told my that Ebay must you send a link to connect Ebay with Payoneer.

Ebay not send my this link after 10 days.

Any solution ?

I can not sell on Ebay this time after 10 years.

Hi

You are based in Greece and on the UK boards.  We do not use Payoneer.

Sign into your home site or ebay.com and ask for assistance on their boards.

Thanks for you answer but I not understand well. I go to Ebay.com but not I see something different. Must I contact from Ebay.com with supporter (Chat) to I connect with Payoneer ? Thanks

I go to Ebay.com but Chat is inactive for my. I contact again with Ebay.co.uk and they told my that I can not change as USA register user.

Ebay.co.uk can not help you as you are not registered as a seller based in the Uk.......you need to contact Ebay on .com site CS  or ask on the .com discussion boards
