I have just sold an item but the buyer lives in Estonia  , has 0% feedback but the payment has arrived in my paypal account .

The address he wants the item shipped to is GSP, Unit 3 Dove CL, Fradley Pk

If you use the Global Shipping Programme that is where you post to. You don't deal direct with the buyer. I suggest you enter Global Shipping into Help & Contact and read all about it. No good offering this service if you have no idea what it is all about.

I will know in future as i was unaware that i had offered Global Shipping .

If you wish to come out of GSP, it is not mandatory to use it, go to Account tab >> Site preferences >> Postage & Packaging Prefs >> Offer GSP...... select NO @inversnekie
