Ebay have many scammers on their site and they do nothing to resolve that issue.

Ebay have many scammers on their site and they do nothing to resolve that issue.

Guess it's still business for them, ebay still profit from the missfortune of others.

I have an issue that ebay will not resolve. Time to close my account and move to Amazon.

“Ebay have many scammers on their site and they do nothing to resolve that issue.”

Buyer's have excellent protection and do much to support buyer's to resolve – in your case you decided to stop using eBay's process and go a do-it-yourself way.

According to previous post -

You received the incorrect item, left negative feedback and opened an eBay case.

The seller then told you that if you revised the negative feedback to positive and closed the case they would help you – and you did as they asked.

And then matters ended.

You were advised to open a PayPal case and you responded that you wanted eBay to deal with matters.

Unfortunately you get just one chance with eBay – by closing the case and revising feedback to positive you indicated you were satisfied.

Your seller has a very apt name.

It is not Ebays fault that you closed a case.  I have told you how to get your money back.

To my knowledge and i have not had to use the Money Back Guarantee for a long time they do warn you when trying to close a case without resolution that it cannot be reopened.

Buyers are very well protected under their guarantee if used properly.   You are trying to blame Ebay for your own mistake.

IF that seller gets lots of cases against them.....Ebay can stop them from selling on their site.
