I just wondered if anyone can help me, I have had a couple of Ebay accounts for years, but for some reason Ebay changed my password last week, without telling us until afterwards, I didn't realise my account had an old email address, but this was working fine, so no problem there, but since they have changed my password I am no longer receiving e-mails on this account, when I spoke with Ebay on one of my many phone calls, they said it would have put a stop on the e-mail account and to contact my e-mail provider, this I can't do as they don't exsist anymore, NTL, and we are no longer with Virgin media, as we have just moved house, so I cannot access my e-mails. On one of my many phone calls this weekend, I was told by a supervisor that I can reset my password by text message, so I have tried again today but nothing, so I am now sat waiting in another queue. And still no help, I could scream!! Please anyone can you help me!
