Is anyone as confused as me with the new payout system? I used to sell items and see straight away what was paid in my paypal account. Now I get random "payouts" into my bank account. It may be me, if it is I'm sorry but this seems to be very convoluted . You have to send your item just on the say so of e bay saying someone has paid. Before you accually saw the cash in. I know there is nothing to be done about it but I just want to get it off my chest.
