Ebay going down hill fast

I'm having all kinds of problems with ebay, so much so that its causing me great stress and I no longer want to even sign in. There's NO customer service anymore just some annoying text box. Ebay are lying to me saying they can't contact my phone. I've called 02 and had it checked but there's no problem, and yet the online assistants DO NOTHING to investigate it further. And Ebay are STEALING my money off of me for 2 or 3 days before they decide to credit my bank account and that is 100% intollerable!. That fact alone has me looking to open multiple different sales platforms so I don't have to be stolen from and insulted by ebay any longer, and I wont be posting anything out AT ALL until ebay have given me MY money. So well done ebay, your just destroying people sales due to corperate psychopathic greed where you think you can just hang on to millions of other peoples money while you profit off of it and we cant spend it unless its on ebay. Yet another repulsive insult. Ebays EXTREME bias towards the "royal" mail is just another regular source of offence. I'm pretty sure that ebay wont back-track on any of these issues which only results in one conclusion for me : ebay is intollerable and I need to find alternatives. Its stressful just having to come here and write this all out in a place which I fully expect will be ineffective. Unless other sellers unite on these issues nothing will ever change

Ebay managed payments are here to stay and we either accept it or dont sell on ebay.

They are not stealing your money but do take payment and if you read the Terms and contaditions of Managed Payments you are told how it works before you accept and update your information

Many of us are already on it and it seems to work ok but as you say there is a delay in getting paid

If ebay say payment has been made then you have to post. If you dont then you will have not received disputes opened against you.

Depending on what you choose as a payment day either daily or weekly the money is put into your bank

It can be delayed for a bank holiday or even by your bank processing but my money has been arriving OK and you can check progress on the seller hub under Payments

I'm frustrated for many reasons, the late payment seems to have been at the
bank holiday weekend although I'm still uncertain if payments will be
withheld in future. Quoting terms and conditions is irrelevant. These
things are formulated with intent and if the is any bias in their favour
its wrong from the outset and to be disregarded with focus on the bias

The Terms and conditions are what we agreed too so they are relevent. It may take longer over the bank holiday but it may not be ebay that is causing the delay it could be the banks. No use us discussing it as it is here to stay and as already said we accept it or leave. Your choice.

What are managed payments?

I gave the link to the Terms and conditions of Managed payments on my first post. Ebay take payment from your buyers. They then take off their fees and the remainder is paid into your bank account. It is not instant like paypal and you choose if you want daily or weekly payments. It can get delayed by a bank holiday but on the whole it seems to be working OK. Your buyers can pay by paypal and other methods but not to you. I want my money instantly and wont buy anything on ebay until I do. And I
just got an email from ebay saying they've paid 115 into my bank account
but they dont say who paid it or for what item. A very poor system already
that involves a corporation taking my money and not giving it to me
straight away which is theft

You wont get your money instantly. It has already been explained to you how it works. You have the Terms and conditions of the managed payments to read. I also told you how to check the progress of payments. It is not theft as if you agreed to managed payments by updating your details then you have given them permission
