Ebay generated return label

Hi,

I need to return a pair of boots that don't fit so I have to pay return shipping cost. I've started a return and accepted the shipping cost with PayPal & been sent a eBay generated label, but I don't have a printer that works, so I called my local post office and they said they can print the label if I have a QR code, (there is one on the label sent) so I took the parcel to the post office and showed them the ebay label with the QR on and they said they can't print it as this is a label for me to print at home & they need different QR code to scan to be able to print a returns label for me. So my question is how if possible do I get this returns QR code? or are the post office not telling me the correct information?

Thanks paul

Don't use the ebay generated label and you won't be chrged for it.  Instead, use the RM website to buy the postage, then you will have a QR code that the PO can print from.  Alternatively, write the address on the parcel and buy the postage in the PO.
