I've listed an item and a bidder won my item , but realising that the buyer was bogus i have cancelled the transaction enabling me to re-list, shortly afterwards ebay emailed me to say bid removed as it was fraudulent. however ebay still shows my "60 day selling total" including this sale which never was....... if i dont fix this im gonna get charged from ebay i guess ?.... i thought with the transaction canclled they would remove this and therefore not charge me when the "selling fees" bill comes in... any advise please , thanks
Buyers can refuse some cancellations but if they do nothing you should be able to close it yourself after 10 days and get your fee back. You'll find it at Resolution Centre, bottom of any page.
