Ebay dispute

I ordered to pairs of shoes and the seller sent one I applied for a second pair to be sent but the seller just sent the tracking order for the first pair and refused

i contacted ebay appeals and they refused to uphold my appeal as they said the item was sent and collected which i dont dispute but it was only one pair

i have several screen shots showing that i ordered and paid for two pairs ebay paypal bank etc and a screen shot where the seller says i item dispatched

any suggestions

If youopened a not recieved dispute then that was the wrong dispute

If you bought two items and only recieved one then it is not as described

You can only open one dispute in ebay

Open a not as described dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days
