Ebay credits

Hi I’ve been given a eBay credit due to a buyers non payment. Could some tell me how you access it to find out how much it is and how do I use it.
Many thanks

You need to explore ebay, ACCOUNT under your ID and next to messages has all sorts of things you need to operate on ebay.

Your credit is only the fee you paid eBay for the sale....so 10% of the selling price

If you have paid then the credit will be sitting in your eBay account to offset against fees on fure sales.....if you have not yet paid your invoice then it will simply cancel the feesed on that sale......it is not the amount the buyer would have paid.....it is simply the amount eBay will have charged you

it is for the final value fee you were charged,

it shows on your ebay account page and is used to offset any future fees,

if you would rather have it transfered to your paypal account click on 'help & contact' at the top of the page and type 'refund of seller fees' in the search box.
