I don't know if ebay UK bother to read these - but why do they make it so difficult to contact them?
The 'Contact Us' only gives options when related to buying, selling or account issues - anything else you can't contact them.
Contact searches mostly go round in circles, never leading to a contact.
Search for reporting a site problem - it says contact us. But you don't get any option to do so!
EBAY - just give us a contact option that is actually a contact. Not one that leads to loads of automatic answers that don't address the issue.
Some of us do know how to search questions and when we want to contact you, it's because the answer isn't there!
At one time there was a simple email contact (even though it was well hidden). But no longer.
