As the UK Government placed me and many other HIGH RISK people like me in a 12 week (60 business days) lockdown, Ebay, at it's brainless best, gave me 21 business days to return an item, because obviously the brain dead idiots at Ebay seem to be under the impression that EVERYONE in the WORLD has SOMEONE that they can rely on or that every single member of Ebay owns a printer with which to print off their return labels, but even if the latter was the case (which just for the numbskulls in Ebay, it's not), I would still have to break lockdown rules to post a parcel if I did have a printer to produce a returns label.
Unfortunately, the Ebay *bleep* have not thought anything through (ONCE AGAIN), EVERY printing place that would have previously been called upon to assist in printing a return label are CLOSED DUE TO THE LOCKDOWN, and we cannot speak to Ebay because all their lines of communication are "TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE", so how exactly is someone in my situation meant to return an item in this STUPID, BRAINLESS, CLUELESS F*CKED UP Ebay system?
Once again, when push comes to shove, Ebay shows that they are EQUALLY as useless as Amazon.
Anyone with active brain cells (that obviously rules out Ebay employees) that has any useful suggestions to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
If ebay amended all the rules to fit the requirements of everyone, then the whole system would collapse. Sellers cannot wait for ever, as it would not be worth the trouble of listing.
Anyone who can see the problems from all sides would appreciate the problems without blaming ebay for everything that goes wrong.
Ebay have made changes and as tobias says someone must be helping you, if you can't go out.
