Ebay asking for SSN or a ITIN but I'm in UK, how do I move past this

Hi I'm based in the UK and trying to list an item to sell. It's asking me to provide an SSN or a ITIN, none of which are applicable in the UK. How do I move past this page, it keeps reverting me from ebay.co.uk, to ebay.com right as I click on the final page to post my first sale item

What ebay is asking for I don't know, but the most likely reason that you can't list is that your account has not been upgraded to sell.

There have been a lot of changes over the last year, but I can only suggest that you enter START SELLING in Help & Contact and follow whatever ebay requires to allow you to sell.
