Hi, I've used the ebay app for years and happily reveled in that "kerching" sound when I get a sale. For the past 6 months or so I've noticed that this doesnt happen anymore unless I open up the app in which case I'm met with the notifications straight away. This is really poor as instead of the sound alerting to a sale or question etc, I'm not aware of them unless I either log onto ebay or check my email. Considering Ebay penalise for poor service and late postage etc I find this not only very unhelpful but also very hypocritical that their poor performance on the app leads to my poor service speed which is normally brilliant. For reference, I have my phone software up to date, have tried clearing cache and forcing the app to stop. And still I have this issue. (And am well aware that many other users have posted about this issue!) Ebay, when are you going to fix this issue (that wasn't an issue before?!)
