Ebay VeRO Problem

Just had 30 listing removed by eBay for using a brand name (Thule) in the advert. They are genuine items, so of which I've purchased directly from Thule. What's more crazy is Thule aren't listed as a VeRO program participant. This is the third time this has happened to me in the last two years. If I want to sell a car, I can use the make and model without an issue. So why is this happening?

Not all participants are listed

If a rights owner wishes to stop their brand being sold by anyone other than their approved reselleres they can use VeRO for this

You can do nothing once a brand requests removal
