Hi guys,
I am a seller who is currently being blighted by the additional 10% "items not as described" high rate
My rate of returns is 1% total.
On reviewing the "returns" that are items not as described. it is clear that the vast majority of the returns are buyers lying about the item to avoid paying postage. (i.e. The buyer says a shirt its not as described as in there view its not a size small even though its labled as a small) I have reported each and everyone of these to Ebay who thank me for reporting them but that doesnt stop my metrics being affected.
I have been on chat with the "customer service" team in ebay who just repeated the stuff ive seen on the FAQs.
