Ebay Free Listing Promotions

I got an email from Ebay early April with a free listing offer for the whole month of April, However on trying to list stuff today (28th), the listing from says I have to pay the 35p fee. I have been listing stuff all month for no fee, so why would it finish suddenly without me being told?

There were T & C's to the whole of April free promotion, this excluded any 1 - 3 day duration listings, and any auto relists.

There was another promo offered the above T & C does not apply, but you do need to click to Accept Offer.
