Ebay Contact and Support

Having used the Ebay/Packlink service as a seller and having paid extra for full insurance, I am now unable to elicit any response from either Ebay Customer Services or Packlink Cusomer Services as my item has gone missing. I have emailed both (support@ebay.uk and Packlink on their website) and have had no response and the Ebay call-back service is not operating.

The inability to talk to someone helpful rather than sifting through FAQs is something that a lot of companies need to address.
