ECP code missing on item delivered to collection point

Hi, an item I purchased using Click & Collect has been delivered to the collection point, but I'm unable to pick it up as it doesn't have an ECP code.

How do I get Ebay to correct this?

You need to Contact Ebay from Help and Contact at the top of the Page tomorrow and ask them for the Code. Lines open at 8.00 am.
