Who to contact when EBay sell you a faulty item and the seller just lies and they have t sold you what they have advertised and EBay. Loses and resides with the seller?

Hi
I am a little confused because Ebay do not sell you anything.......sellers sell their items on the platform so you are buying from different sellers and not Ebay themselves.
If you receive an item and its not as described then you need to go to the Resolution Centre (link at the bottom of most pages) and open a NOT AS DESCRIBED case under Ebays money back guarantee and follow all the instructions carefully.
You have 30 days from the last estimated or actual delivery date to open a case.
