I sold a pair of shoes, the buyer contacted me and asked me if I could cancel the purchase, which I did.
A couple of days later I received a random message from the same buyer which had only one sentence "sorry wrong seller".
Another couple of days later I suddenly received negative feedback from the same buyer, claiming he/she never received the shoes and that eBay had to intervene, which is basicly a complete lie.
What can I do to get this bogus feedback removed?
I obviously reported the buyer to eBay.
