Anyone know when ebay will answer their phones

They do not do e-mail or social media

So you want a refund.  What have you done so far?  You open a case in the resolution centre [link below].   Have you done that?

You may then need to escalate it in the case - have you done that?

No one knows for sure,

all you can at the moment is call back or live chat, not always available.

Ask here you will get quicker & better reply.

They need to sort a refund out. There isn't livechat available. I have emailed them countless times and sent a message on facebook

Have you opened ebay case, only way to ensure you get refund.
Escalate on day 9 if no refund.

nope its a seller fee they took out once I sold something I had to refund the customer as it was broken. Ebay took alot of selling fees out. I don't care if it was 10p to £5 fact is they were in wrong and its been going on too long

OK.
Did buyer open ebay case & you refunded through it, only way for you to get fees credited.
If you refunded direct from paypal, you still pay fees.
If it was part refund, you don't get any fees refunded.
