E-bay has permanently suspended my business account for no reason

After having a few successful sales, no negative feedback, happy customers, and products delivered on time, eBay has decided this morning to have my account permanently closed down as apparently I pose a high risk to the community. The only thing I did was listing 3 new products. All products are mine, in my personal possession. I seriously am thinking about taking them to court as this was my only income and now it has been cut off permanently for a reason they cannot reveal, but one of the agents in the Philippines call centres finds the reason fair as I am a high risk to the eBay community. I am in shock and can't recover at all, with a lot of money invested in the stuff I was selling, I now have lost my market completely and the agents absolutely refuse to tell me how do I go about filing a lawsuit against eBay. All I've been told is that what happened is irreversible and I will have to write to their complaints department in Dublin-Ireland.

Can anyone here please help me with some advice as I am desperate and complete collapse of the business is approaching very soon and I will be left without a penny to live. 😞

I'm afraid there's very little advice that we can give in cases of permanent restriction.

You're presumably referring to another account, as you're still selling on the one you used to ask this question. The bad news is that if eBay associates the account you're using with the one that's been restricted, it will be restricted too. Restricted members are not allowed to open or use another account, or use someone else's. To prevent this, eBay is liable to restrict anyone at the same postal address or has logged in using the same connected device.

I'm afraid you will be wasting yout time talking of taking eBay to court. The user agreement, which you accepted on joining, gives eBay the right "not to provide all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason and/or period of time, at our discretion".

If in your listings you show four items but say that you are only selling one that might be considered as against eBay's rules

@londonshaudio

do you mean this account or a different one?
