Today asked pay-pal why the link from E/Bay to my Pay-pal account has been cut, Sujest pay-pal stops proccessing E/Bay customers sellers & buyers accounts then see what happens to E/Bay without Pay-Pal
ebay have already stopped using paypal to process sellers payments
