Who can I contact at EBay to find out how an order I placed in June was duplicated (and paid for through Paypal) without my knowledge in July?
The seller says they cannot help as they just record that I placed two orders. However, I did not receive the usual confirmations from EBay and Paypal when the second order went through, the first I knew was when the duplicate item arrived. I can obviously return it for a refund, but I am anxious to find out how this happened, to prevent it occurring with a more expensive (and harder to return) item.
