Duplicate item

Hello,
I have posted an item and for some reason it didn't confirm the listing.
So I waited a while still no confirmation...
So i posted it again and this morning 2 items have popped up listed but if I try to cancel one it says I will get charged a fee. Customer services have rang me twice but nobody talks to me its just silent.
Theres been an offer on both auctions of the item in the description its clearly the same item i dont have two to sell.
I tried reporting this and it just crashes all the time.
Any help?

If you do not have two items you must cancel one as you may get two buyers,  one item,  andn one big headache.

There are only charges if there is an applicable listing fee or you added any listing upgrades,  e.g. a reserve.

Go right of the item More Actions >>  End item.  or if on the seller hub page,  tick the little box left of the item scroll up to Actions >>  End

Just checked your listed items,  there are no duplicates there.

You must amend your postage, you are inviting scammers by showing you do not know the correct methods of postage.

1st Class Postage is only suitable for items up to £20 in value. In my opinion it is VERY unwise to start at such a low price.
