Draft Listings for insertion later

Can anyone tell me why I listed 31 items in draft yesterday and now only 20 are showing?  My selling limits are for 20 items but I have a promotion for 100 free listings per day.

Only 20 drafts are viewable, some say the rest will show when you list these.
