Double payment but no items were shown in the purchase list

After checkout, no message from ebay showing the payment was successful. The item is still in the basket. Then I pay again. Still no message from Ebay and no item was shown in the purchase list. Later on, I found that the amount was deducted twice by credit card centre. I tried to contact the seller and the seller said that no order were received. I tried to contact Ebay customer service but I can't find a suitable button that I can contact Ebay customer service to follow up my case.
