It really is better to try and use the ebay label you have been sent, as the tracking number is auto filled into your case. Can you print it at your library? Or do you have friends or family who will do it for you?
The alternative is you can purchase your own label at the post office, make sure it is tracked, and then you may have to speak to ebay to ask them to add the tracking to the case for you.
