Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me

I ticked this box as directed but I'm still getting emails from the blocked buyer! Help please as EBay won't contact me by phone and none of their standard replies resolve the issue. Thanks

That option only works when you have not been in a recent transaction with the buyer.

If you have recently been in a transaction with them it takes awhile for the Block to kick in.
