Although we're sure an item recently sold is not faulty and buyer has just not configured their new wireless router correctly it looks like we are going to have to accept their this request through ebay to return and refund! 😞
A couple of quick questions if you don't mind...
1. Does ebay hold refund until I have confirmed item has back in our posession?
2. Othen folk respond to negative feedback with Buyer did not return item' Does it not matter to ebay if the item is received back or not?
And finally... If I accept return and refund buyer and get the item back can buyer still leave feedback??

It's usual for eBay to release the refund once tracking shows a status of delivered or attempted delivery, it's not unheard of for them to refund without this but it's rare.
The buyer can still leave whatever feedback they feel appropriate.
