Having serious questions surrounding the Service offered by Ebay, mainly the 'ask ebay to step in' regarding a purchase issue. Followed all the steps, yet no drop down option appears for that. I've opened the 'returns' option and initiated that, but again, there is no 'ask ebay to step in' button.
Even the contact us waffle.....no matter what, no number or PIN appears. Is this just for the USA market?
Ebay state they have an arbitration service, really? Why is that not simple to find and initiate?
3 hours wasted , looking for answers.....why? Why are ebay making everything so difficult; as the owner of the market they have responsibility, but appear to hide it! Or am I missing something?
How long ago did you open this case?
A seller has 3 full days to respond, only when exactly 3 x 24 hour periods have passed, so never earlier than day 4, does the option to escalate to eBay appear.
