I recently sold an item and noticed it was to be shipped by GSP. This bumped the total price up considerably. Do I get charged a % on this difference?
No you only Post to the Global Hub in Staffs. Send it Tracked. Add the Tracking to your Sale Summary.
No. When you list an item using the GSP, the postage you quote is simply the domestic postage to eBay's redistribution hub in Lichfield. That's the only postage on which you pay fees. The cost of international postage is paid to eBay, not to you.
