Hi has anybody had a dispute filed against them, even though a buyer has confirmed delivery and payment? My only downfall was that tracking was not included. I have now been charged dispute fees because I did not have a number to proceed in the dispute process?
Thanks for your reply. Buyer has told me that she did not raise the dispute and knows nothing about it. She thinks her account has been hacked. I have spoken to eBay and they are not looking into this dispute dispite the messages we have between each other. She is confirming all is well and she has no problem. I have asked to close it down but says she has nothing to close? Frustrating?
