Hi I've had someone open a dispute against me, downright lies and stupidly I've missed the email last week now owe 70£ back! The person has resold my item as 'excellent condition' despite complaining to eBay that it was in awful condition from me. I have full proof of the resale. Any advice will be greatly appreciated please!
