Dispute with a seller

I asked a seller for a refund for selling fake goods advertised as genuine. Ebay stepped in when they ignored my requests for a refund, ebay agreed and gave the seller until yesterday to respond or they would give me the refund. I have not heard from ebay or received the refund and cant find a way to  ask ebay about this, all i can find is the dispute is on hold until 8th july

If you have a case open in the eBay Resolution Centre, you can escalate it to eBay on days 3 to 20 for a full refund if one is not started in the meantime.

eBay will force a full refund.

If you don’t escalate it eBay assumes the case is settled and will not force a refund.

If today is the first day when you can escalate the case then find your case in the Resolution Centre. Your case should be at the bottom of the page.

There should be a place where you reply to the question “Have you been refunded”? Enter “No”, and eBay will force a refund.

eBay works on full 24-hour days so if the option is not there then look again later.

Refunds go back to the source.

Refunds to PayPal are usually quite fast, perhaps a day or two.

Refunds to a Debit Card can take 7 days to show in your account.

Refunds to a Credit Card can take 30 days to show in your account.
