Dispatch time - by 12.59am GMT. But there's no such time!

As a seller I am always told on Manage Orders page to "Dispatch by 12.59am GMT" on a particular day.    How can I when there's no such time?????   Do they mean 00.59am GMT, or 12.59pm GMT (note pm not am)?   Does anyone know which, because 12.59am GMT doesn't exist.    All sellers will be affected so this needs to be put right.  Some help please, and hopefully also a way of getting the message to eBay for the error in the system to be corrected. Thanks.

The clue is in the suffix "AM".

12:59 am is the same as 00:59 when using the 12 hour clock. When using the 24 hour clock the use of am and pm is not necessary.
