Has any one been sent damaged good been refused a return and only refunded at part the cost, not even covering one of the iteams?
I have not been able to get hd of anyone. eBay has ALOT OF FALSE ADVERTS DRAWING PEOPLE IN taking money then saying the iteams are damaged.
This is all you need in times like this.
If any one has any ways in which to help old be much greatful my disability makes it hard for me to work all this out and frustrates me highly.

It is a shame you didn't bother reading the money back guarantee, which means exactly what it says. Doing it properly and you get a full refund.

If you read it and open a Not As Described Case, the seller cannot refuse it, if they do you just escalate to ebay who take over and refund.

If you open a RETURN case and it is a private seller they can refuse that as it is only for Change of Mind Returns.

It is very easy to blame ebay for your mistakes.
