Disappearing Purchases

I purchased a bicycle alarm on 12th sept 2017 from a seller called 'Happyendings2017' and the items estimated end delivery date was 14th nov 2017.

Having kept checking my eBay, today, 12th nov 2017, the item had disappeared from my purchase history list. Paypal confirmed that this item was paid for on 12th sept 2017.

Having just checked the 'see orders from' drop-down list, the item appears there, but strangely, the seller's name has now been changed to 'Happyendings1920', so basically, the same name but the number on the end has been changed, I've tried contacting eBay in every way I know how to, but it's about as productive as banging my head off a wall.

I've now been referred here by eBay, anyone any ideas about what I should do now/next?

Members do change their names, so I can't see that as being a problem.

It might just be a glitch that its not on your purchase history.

2 months sounds a long time to wait for any item.

If you've not received it by the 15th, Open a Not Received Item Case In the Resolution Center.
After 8/9 days You can Ask Ebay to Step In to Refund You.
