Disafied with seller

Trying to say dont return and offering me a partial refund not at all acceptable they are refusing to provide me with a uk address and I havent a printer they sent it by courier it said it was located in London GB but they wont give me a uk address to return it I have not got a printer so I would have to pay at the post office ebay says I should not pay but they keep repeating about a label they just dont get it I have no printer

Open ebay case, I assume item is not as described, seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

If no label or refund, escalate to ebay on 9 (or 3 working days if case opened in last few days).

You have to print label, if you pay return postage yourself, seller does not have refund this cost.

Ask a friend with printer.

Sounds like Chinese seller, ignore them & escalate case.
