This is a request to EBay.
I personally have found my experiences with Chinese sellers to be fraught with problems and will never purchase from them again however, the clarity of the seller is often made difficult because as a buyer it is not made clear on the sites where the product comes from and who the seller is.
EBAY WILL YOU STATE ON EVERY SITE WHO IS THE BUYER IS AND WHERE WHAT COUNTRY THE PRODUCT IS COMING FROM?

You presumably mean "the seller"?
This is not eBay it is a members forum. EBay does not regularly monitor it and we have no evidence that they take any direct action based on any messages here.
In any event in all cases from business sellers the information is there. The location of the item is towards the top right and the name and address of the seller is at bottom left. It may even be in Chinese characters which will not be of much direct use to most of us but is a good clue.
Item Location on UK listings can often be different from Site of Seller Registration) = 'Goods in the UK at the point of sale - sold by an overseas seller through an online marketplace' >
You can check the Country of Seller Registration by using their >> 'View Listings/Items for sale' < links and scroll to > 'Seller information' < field in Left Hand Column = site of Seller Registration.
Item located in the UK but Seller Registered outside the UK site ? ... will trigger the 20% VAT charge >
