Hi,
I bought an item from a seller that had the location has being Nottingham, United Kingdom. He sent me a different item and didn't want the return. After i said no to his ridiculous options he wanted me to pay the return postage. I sent the case to ebay and he is going to refund me and pay the return postage charges.
The thing is:
(Flyt express co., ltd
GLM / FLYT / RET
Greenford London UB18 7HK)
Can he do it?
Also, it's only to me that the return address he gave me is a bit strange? Also, eBay sent me an e-mail saying that the seller let them know that he can't buy a return postage label.
I forgot to say that the label on the item package says: "Return if undeliverable : H-10276 P.O. Box 7037 3109 AA Schiedam" (Netherlands)!
I don't understand nothing. Ebay should have a rule saying that the returns should be sent to the same address of the label or to the item location of the listing.
