I purchased an item that was listed as located in Redditch, the I got an automated email from the seller saying that collection is from the centre of Birmingham. I have not parted with any money yet as I chose to pay cash on collection. This seems very dishonest to me and I smell a rat.
I do not want to travel into Birmingham city centre and i would not have purchased the item if I had known that it was located there. What can I do?
