Hi,
I'm just about to leave feedback for an item rec'd today, and realise the option to tick for yes/no did it arrive by Sunday 23rd is really incorrect as I knew it wouldn't as the seller was on holiday until Fri' 21st, so I knew the earliest arrival would prob' be today.
I'm going to tick yes, as I wouldn't want it to be detrimental to her if I said no.
I'm just wondering if it would be detrimental to her if I had, and is there a way as a seller of adjusting that while adding the fact you aren't able to post as you're on holiday?
Thanks.
Thankyou for your replies..
I ticked YES because I was happy with the outcome as I wasn't in a rush for it and received it promptly anyway. After all, I could've purchased from someone not on hol's.
I hadn't had an arrangement with her, just common sense told me it would be a few days in the mail system after she returned from hol's and posted.
Yes it does appear to be another way for buyers to have a dig at a seller, if they so choose.
If a seller updates their page informing you they're on holiday, and eBays software isn't adjusting the check box , it can't be a fair trial though can it!
My understanding is that this is a test so nobody knows what impact your answers will have. You do not need to tick either option if you don't want to.
