I bought coins from a saifcollection seller on March 9, 2020. I paid. The seller reported that due to the virus, he could not send coins. I'm waiting. I wanted to write him a letter, but he is no longer in correspondence.
Ukraine/Germany registered account ... return to the > ebay.de < site to open a case for 'Item not received' there ... this is the UK site.
Edit:- March ? ...as advised, too late for any case action/s.
You have just given your money away. Why ever have you left it over 7 months?
If a seller cannot dispatch items then they should not be selling. Covid is no excuse for what is Theft.
YOu had 30 days to open a dispute on ebay and 180 days on paypal
You are out of time for both disputes
There is nothing you can do
You never let a seller run you out of time for a dispute
If you paid by Paypal the transaction and his e-mail address should still be there I think.
As said when sellers start making excuses you should immediately open a non-receipt case.
I have been buying loads of items during lockdown and not one was late, not one did not arrive and most arrived on the second or third day.
