I have looked for an answer from eBay itself but not been able to find any information.
None of the items I have despatched in the last three weeks have had their tracking information updated after 'despatched'. I have had a couple of buyers say they haven't received the item and I can't prove it has been delivered. I know other items posted at the same time have been delivered as I have received positive feedback but they are also only showing despatched, not delivered.
Does anyone know why it isn't being updated or how to correct it.
