Hi there.....I won an item on 17/5, but the seller hasn't dispatched as yet, and is not answering my message of today, asking for an update. Can anyone help with advice, please?  Many thanks.

Some sellers do not mark their items as dispatched,  it's the estimated date for delivery you need to look out for,  and bear in mind Covid has delayed some items,  so those estimated dates for delivery more so than ever ,  are not to be taken too much for granted.

Check the dispatch date on the listing.   Sellers are not going to the post office or arranging couriers as often as before.   And of course there are huge delays after posting.  You have plenty of time to get your money back via ebay if necessary so I wouldn't worry just yet.
